Wallover AW hydraulic oils are fully inhibited hydraulic oils designed for service in piston, vane or gear pumps operating at pressures over 1000 psi and/or speeds over 1200 rpm. The AW hydraulic series contain anti-wear, rust, oxidation and foam inhibitors, and exhibit excellent water separating characteristics. These oils meet or exceed the requirements of the major pump manufacturers that do not prohibit the use of zinc additives. WAY OILS - PROWAY Proway is a high performance slideway lubricant formulated using highly refined paraffinic base oils. It contains friction-modifying additives that provide smooth slideway movement, or anti-stick-slip, on sliding machine ways including planers, grinders, shapers, milling and horizontal boring machines. It offers exceptional antiwear performance and filterability. It is light in color and low in odor. Proway is unique in its ability to demulsify. Unlike many slideway lubricants, it does not readily mix with machining coolants and does not adversely affect their emulsion stability. Proway has mild EP properties, exhibits good rust prevention and adheres strongly to sliding surfaces minimizing wear to slideway components. The Mobil Velocite™ Oil Numbered Series oils are premium performance products primarily designed for the lubrication of high-speed spindles in machine tools. They are also used in some critical hydraulic, circulation systems and air line oilers where the appropriate viscosity grade is selected. They are formulated from select high-quality, low viscosity base oils and additives that impart good resistance to oxidation and protection from rust and corrosion. They possess very good resistance to foaming and separate readily from water. Product description: Mobil DTE™ 20 Series oils are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils. They contain inhibitors for rust, corrosion and oxidation. Wallover spindle oils are intended for use in high speed spinning and twister spindle bearings. RUST PREVENTATIVE - RUST VETO FOR ALL METALS Rust Veto 4214-HF: Rust Veto 4214-HF is a rust preventative that is exceptionally stable in wet conditions, particularly where there is alkaline, acid or solvent emulsion rinse water left on parts. It offers prolonged effectiveness where rinsing is not always thorough. Rust Veto 4214-HF releases displaced water within minutes and, on evaporation, leaves a very thin, transparent protective film. It provides indoor protection for as long as 12 months, particularly if parts are packaged. ● The high flash point (155° F) reduces the potential for flammability ● Rapid drying (2-4 hours) permits handling of parts shortly after application which expedites process flow and packaging ● Thin film protects your parts without excessive carry-off which reduces usage and cost.
