PREMIUM COOLANTS US22-3300 PREMIUM MICRO EMULSION WATER SOLUBLE METALWORKING FLUID US22-3300 is a heavy duty, extreme pressure emulsion type water soluble coolant that is suited for the most difficult of operations such as broaching, tapping, forming or stamping. It is able to provide great flexibility to most shops because of its extremely high anti-weld additive level. US22-3300 is a truly unique, high technology coolant designed for maximum performance. Its special biocide package provides maximum tank life. It protects gears and extends their operating life in operating temperatures of 300°F or greater, and with heavy loads and pressures where standard gear oils may degrade and squeeze out. Applications: 1. Cleaning and Degreasing: It's often used as a solvent for cleaning glass, metal, and electronic components due to its ability to evaporate quickly and leave surfaces residue-free. 2. Thinning Paint: It can be used to thin shellac or as a solvent in various types of finishes and paints. 3. Disinfecting: Though not typically as strong as isopropyl alcohol, it can be used to disinfect surfaces. Because of the toxic additives, it should be handled with care and never consumed.
